    RESPONSIBILTIES (depends on position hired for):


    • Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
    • Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
    • Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
    • Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
    • Restock and replenish restaurant and bar inventory and supplies
    • Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
    • Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
    • Ability to perform detail work and balance till at end of shift
    • Ability to follow step by step instructions accurately.
    • You will be cross trained to perform restaurant and bar duties.

  • Turf & Grounds Maintenance

    We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Golf Course Maintenance worker to join our team. This position will be responsible for ensuring the golf course is in top condition for our golfers. The idea candidate will have a strong work ethic and attention to detail. This is a seasonal position with an opportunity of being hired year round.   We are looking for motivated self starters to work with us!     QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in landscaping/golf course maintenance preferred.
    • Knowledge of golf course maintenance equipment and procedures
    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce a high level quality of work
    • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with other team members
    • Ability to work outdoors and in various weather conditions
    • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

    JOB DESCRIPTION:


    Responsibilities:


    • Mow and maintain the golf course including fairways, greens, approaches, and roughs.
    • Operate equipment such as mowers, tractors, and other groundskeeping tools
    • Monitor the conditions of the course and report any issues or concerns to the golf course superintendent.
    • Work with other team members to ensure the golf course is ready for play each day

  • Prep Cook / Dishwasher

    Job Description


    A prep cook is responsible for providing a supportive role to kitchen staff in the preparation of meals and ingredients. Their duties include organizing and labeling food items in storage closets, performing tasks like chopping ingredients, and sanitizing their workstation during and after service.

     

    Prep cooks perform various food preparation, cooking, and cleaning tasks to ensure the kitchen remains efficient in creating and delivering dishes for patrons.

    Their duties and responsibilities include:


    • Completing all tasks, in order, on the prep list from the Head Chef or other kitchen manager
    • Labeling and stocking all ingredients on easily accessible shelves
    • Washing, chopping, and sorting ingredients like fruits, vegetables, and meats
    • Measuring quantities of seasonings and other cooking ingredients
    • Parboiling food, reducing sauces, and starting first steps in various dishes
    • Cleaning dishes, washing cooking utensils, and cookware taking out the trash and sanitizing the kitchen
    • Adhering to all relevant nutrition and sanitary regulations and standards
    • Keeping track of ingredient inventory and collaborating with other kitchen and management staff to order resupply
  • Line Cook

    Job Description


    We are looking for a line cook to prepare food to our chef’s specifications and to set up stations for the menu. Line cook duties will consist of assisting the chef with their daily tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.

     

    Responsibilities


    • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
    • Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
    • Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
    • Answer, report, and follow executive or sous chef’s instructions
    • Clean up station and take care of leftover food
    • Stock inventory appropriately
    • Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion
    • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
    • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

    Skills


    • Cooking experience, including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook, or prep cook are a plus
    • Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
    • Accuracy and speed in your assigned tasks

  • Golf Shop Assistant

    Job Description

    Provide outstanding service to the members of Lewiston Golf & Country Club. Greet members and guests in a friendly, welcoming manner.


    Golf shop operations including running the tee sheet (inputting golf tee times), selling golf merchandise, receiving, pricing, and stocking merchandise inventory, preparing the golf carts and driving range for day-to-day operations, assisting the golf professional staff as needed, and all related functions


    RESPONSIBILITIES


    • Assists members and guests with starting times and event sign up.
    • Assists members with merchandise purchases and special orders of merchandise.
    • Answers the telephone and assists members over the phone.
    • Arranges and displays golf shop merchandise.
    • Assists with monthly merchandise inventory.
    • Maintains cleanliness of golf shop.
    • Assists Head Golf Professional in other areas as necessary.

    REPORTS TO 


    • Head Golf Professional
    • Pro Shop Supervisor

    SUPERVISES


    • Supervises Outside Services staff in absence of Golf Professional/ ProShop Supervisor

    Job Type: Part-time


    Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
